Charles Babbage
Charles Babbage lived from 1791 to 1871 in England. Babbage himself had been a student at Cambridge Universty, in England which became one of the most influential mathmatics university of the world. The most known aspects of Babbage's carrer were the ideas of the analytical and difference engines. Babbage's analytical engine which was basically a high powered calculator, using punch-cards and was extremely powerful. The rest of his designs are detailed with many features that can be found within a modern day computer such as punch cards, interior registers and multipication, division, and addition properties. Although Babbage's Anlytical engine never actually was built, but it showed the future of computers very early on.
