Day Five... Arrival in Pfronten
After spending about four hours driving the autobahns of Germany, we arrived in Pfronten.  This is the village we stayed in while visiting Bavaria.  The place we stayed in was great, Haus Kornelia The landlady was very nice and the place was small and cozy!  It was also in a great location, at the bottom of the Alps!  What a beautiful place.
Fussen What a nice little village this was.
This is Fussen, it's a nice village.  We walked around here, I bought some postcards (hehe) and checked out some of the little shops.  We had a beer and Harry had the white sausage, I had to taste it.  It isn't bad.
And then, back to Pfronten for supper!
Day Six... Munich
I had to go to Oktoberfest. I couldn't be this close and not attend! Plus it was rainy and Harry wanted me to climb a mountain, (those of you that know me, when do I ever climb anything?) but the weather was bad so we went to Munich instead, good choice!  Oktoberfest was cool, it was so big! The beer "tents" were also very big so was the beer mugs. The rides were very interesting, if I wasn't such a chicken, I might've ridden a few of them... But it was fun watching others ride and scream! Munich is a great city, I had a ton of fun there, glad we went!

Day Seven... THE CASTLES!!
HOHENSCHWANGAU
NEUSCHWANSTEIN
Wow!  Thats all I could say when we went to see the castles.  Just to stand there and look up at them was awesome.  But to be able to go inside them was even better!  Just seeing all the detail they put into building these places... it's amazing.  I have always been into architecture and love looking at historic buildings, and being able to visit these castles was a dream come true!
Day Eight, the drive back to Trebur and Day Nine, recuperation day!
