Here in Colorado Springs, I work for a local health insurance company paying health insurance claims. I like what I do and I love those I work with. Slowly and surely, I'm working myself through college as I'm trying to make my dream a reality. My dream is to someday own my own landscape design business.
Some of my hobbies include...drawing, colored pencil painting, water colored pencil painting, cross stitching, crocheting, quilting, online gaming, hanging with friends, shopping, reading, travelling, etc.
In July of 2005, I was diagnosed with a disease called Aplastic Anemia. In simple terms, with Aplastic Anemia, your body stops producing enough red and white blood cells, as well as platelets. This past year, I have faced many blood transfusions as well as bone marrow biopsies. I had faced a possible marrow transfusion, but bounced back to see my cells rise to higher levels than they ever have been! :) I'm in the process of creating my own Aplastic Anemia web page as well as a web ring. :) Be on the look out!
My life has been blessed to have some some very close friends. Just like all friends, we have our moments of rocky roads, but when all is said and done, I know that these individuals would do anything for me, as I would do anything for them.
