Chapter 7


"I'm not running away, look I'm just hungry," she said as she clutched her stomach
"Oh, okay now I feel stupid" he said as he let go of her wrist.
"OMG is that? It is�" cried 5 teenage girls who ran in our direction
"Well, I see your going to be busy" she said and left.

"In three hours 15 minutes and�. 43 seconds� Laura is going to be here," saidwith excitement as he 
paced back and forth in the living room. 
"Hey you know what when the girls get here we should go on a cruise" replied .
"All of us?" asked, knowing that he wanted his alone time with Melissa.
"Yes all of us" said
"But we've seen each other 24/7 I need some alone time with my girl" whined
"It wasn't my idea anyways, it was Rachel's idea" saidtrying to defend himself
"Well why didn't you say so" laughedashad just walked into the room. 
"How was your walk?" asked
"meh" he just said as he went over to the couch and took a magazine
"What the heck is that suppose to mean?" he asked
"I met, then she left because some fans came along," he said
"�and that was meh?" asked
"I'll never get her back, even though I know she still loves me," said.
"How do you know that?" asked.
"I just do, her eyes give her away, it always had" sighed. He began to think.
"If Steve knew that Duncan is back to his mopping self, boy will he be furious again" said remembering 
the day afterhad left, andwasn't himself. He couldn't focus for days and was annoying 
Steve. Steve of course knew the circumstance and encouragesto go to nightclubs with the guys 
to cheer him up so he would forget what happened. Until one day he become consumed by work, preparing 
more songs, writing more songs and etc. The guys were worried for him. Going back to reality  
askedas he had always done for the past few years�
"What do you say we all go to a night club, I've heard a good one down the street" 
"Sure" saidwhilesaid he'd take a rain check. To their surprise,had said yes.
"But first I need to talk to" he said.
He had dialled the number of's cell phone, it was a number that he had never forgotten. He was 
hoping that she hadn't changed the number 
"Hello?"
"?" he asked
"? How did you� never mind" she replied
"Where are you?" he asked
"On a hill at the ruins�" she simply said and then paused "Why?"
"I want to talk to you can you just stay there?" he asked
"Ahh� okay" she said.
