Unbreak My Heart
Chapter 4


I knew I should have focused on my work for tomorrow, but ever so often, my mind would drift off to 
the possibility ofreaction, oncehad told him, or the thought of the past with me in his 
strong arms and feeling protected. I could not stand it any longer and I knew that I wasn't going to get 
any work done so I decided to go out and take a late night stroll. I was about to close door to my room, 
when I had just heard the elevator doors closing. As soon as I turned to head towards the elevator, I had 
stopped in my tracks, frozen stiff. 

I didn't know what to do, go back to my room seemed like a good idea and it seemed even better for 
every stephad taken in my direction, until we were both face to face with one another. 

"Ah I was going for a�" I said before he took a step forward and kissed her with all the passion and lust 
he still had for her, he had placed his arms around her, holding her tight that when her hands pressed 
against his chest she could feel his heart beating for her. They had finally broke apart as they were both 
breathing rapidly and he turned and walked back to the elevator leaving her behind just as she did a year 
ago.
