Chapters 7 & 8


Chapter 7
 
"Alright I want one picture of all the brides maid, flower girl, and the bride of course" said the photographer
"please stand still" I said
"But I'm tired" she said
"I'll let you have a Popsicle later" 
"Okay" she said with a smile and did this cute little pose
"Good" said the photographer as he took a shoot.
"Okay no the groom, the ring barrier and �" He said
So many pictures were taken, in so many places. I think I need to be carried because these heels are starting 
to kill!
"Mommy can I get a Popsicle now?" asked
"When go home" I said
"Okay" she said with the same smile she had on earlier
"Popsicle? I don't have any" said
"You do, I bought them a couple of days ago" I said
"They are sponge bobs" saidnodding
"Yup, anyways please tell me we can go home" I said
"Nope we still have to take one more picture" said
"Great of who?" I asked
"You" said
"ahhh Photographer" called
The guy who took the pics turned around and pointed to himself
"Ya, we take a picture too" he asked
"Sure"
"Can we have a pic of this beautiful girl and her mother" said 
"no problem"
stood beside the fountain and I crouched down to her level.
"Perfect" said the photographer
"Do you want anymore pictures?" he asked
"ya just one more but with him in it" saidas he pushedover to where we stood
Oh� great! Another brilliant plan by.
"Me?" asked
"Ya you're her date anyways" said
"Do you mind?" asked
Oh course I mind.
"Sure why not" I said
"Alright why don't you all stand next to the flowers�. Okay um�.sir you stand there and miss right be side 
him and you little princess can stand in the middle�ahhh alright can you both crouch down to the level of 
the princess please" said the guy 
"Okay on the count of 3. 1�.2�.3� snap"

Chapter 8
 
"Mommy my Popsicle please"  
"Okay okay you can have your Popsicle now" I said as I handed her a spongebob Popsicle. After she had 
changed out of her dress. Can't have a dress with stains on it for the after party. 
"Where's my Popsicle?" askedas he crouched down to's level
"Get your own uncle" she said continuing to lick it.
"She's just like her mother, a hog" saidlaughing his way into the living room.
"Mommy can Ava have one too?" asked
"Sure, Ava would you like one?"
"Yes, please" she said with the most innocent smile on her face
"Okay does anyone else want one?" I asked before putting it away
"I'll take one" saidas he made his way to the box
"Go ahead" 
"So what time is the dinner party?" I asked after everyone got their Popsicle
"Ahh.. Mom said 7" said Lee still gluing his eyes to the tv
"Okay that gives us 2 hours" I said
"Why don't you change out of the dress?" asked
"Why not" I said going upstairs
I was about to head into my room when I heardand Ava laughing so hard.
"NoKen like Barbie not Melanie" saidgiggling
"Oh Sorry" saidin this weird voice
"Hi Mommy" saidas she was pouring ' imaginary tea or water' into the cups
"Enjoying yourselves girls" I said laughing as I sawjumping from his chair as if he wasn't in the tea 
party.
"Yes" they all said
"You too?" I asked
"Well� Ahh� I was just watching" he said trying to find an excuse
"Right"  I said heading back to my room
"Ahhhcan I talk to you?" he asked
"Ahh okay" I said as he followed me
"Look I know that you still hate me, or at least you still think you do" he began
"Oh really and how do you know how I feel?" I asked grabbing a pair of jeans and t- shirt
"It's been 3 years" he said
"Exactly it's been 3 years, so what?"
"So, I know you, you get mad and then you forgive" he said pacing back and forth through the room
"That was then, I'm not that na�ve anymore, and you definitely don't know me" I said as I walked into the 
bathroom.
"You can't just say that, I mean I loved you, and I still do" he said
"Pleaseyou don't know what love is even if it hit you right in your head."
"Can you just talk to me" he said 
"I am talking to you"
"Not in the bathroom out here, face to face" said
"Hold on" I said zipping the zipper of my pants
"Okay what" I asked as I opened the door to only see him standing right before me.
"What do you want?" I asked 
"I want this again," he said taking a step closer, without my acknowledgement we were kissing. It was like 
time had stopped and it was just us two in the room, just kissing. 
Me and.. 
I couldn't believe what he had done. What I had done. I shoved him away from me, and the only 
logical thing that I could think of was slapping him again. 
"could you stop slapping me" he said still thinking of that kiss.
"Ahh� that wasn't suppose to happen, that wasn't talking� Ahh� I can't do this�. Not again, and I 
won't" I said still pacing back and forth 
"" he said coming closer again
"No don't," I said holding my hand out
"I.. ah� have to check on" I said and left.
