Chapters 17 & 18


Chapter 17
 
's Point of View 

had awakened to the sunshine from the window and realized her parents weren't beside her like 
they said they would. She took her bear, Miko, slipped out of bed and went downstairs. As soon as she 
reached the bottom floor she walked over to the couch where there was a blue screen on the television. 
She looked at the couch and saw her parents sleeping. She looked at Miko, and thought of something. 
"Miko, should I?" she asked her bear.
"I think it's a good idea too," she responded to what her bear had said.
She went over to the couch where her parents were, and climbed up onto an empty space where her 
parents didn't occupy the space. She took her two tiny hands and placed one on her dad's cheek and 
the other on her moms. She slowly pushed it so they were both facing each other, and with a quick 
and gentle force at the back of their heads their lips collided. 
It wasn't long untilandknew what was going on when they both awoken to have their lips 
on one another and heard Rorie singing, "Mommy and Daddy sitting on a tree K-I-S-S-I-N-G," she 
giggled. 
andslowly turned their heads at her, andsaid, "I think it's tickling time," he grinned 
at. 
"That's one thing I agree with," she laughed astook her into his arms anddid the tickling.

Chapter 18
 
It's been 4 weeks sincehad left,been a bit cranky since she didn't get to see her father 
often. Although every night before she went to sleep,had promised to call her. It was adorable 
the way she waited over the phone when it was the timewas suppose to call, which was at 8 in 
the evening, London time. Everyday, their conversation would be how he missed her and her mommy,
andwould talk about her day at school, as she just started kindergarten.took over the 
conversation oncewas upstairs and into bed. It was unbelievable of how farwas from her, 
and yet it felt like he was close by watching her and. She had to admit she did miss him. She didn't 
expect it but sometimes their conversations would be emotional and mushy at some points, but she knew 
she was falling for him, again. 
had gotten a job teaching history and French at a high school that's close to 's school and 
every time during lunch, she would leave the school to pick up, since her classes ended at 12, and 
they would either go out to have lunch and/ orwould drop her at her Grandparent's place where
would be picked up afterhad finished work. 
School was finally over andwas on her way home, to quickly change into something comfortable, 
and less reeking than what she had been wearing, before she went to pick up. Apparently she had 
to cover for a chemistry class, in which they were making bath bombs of their choice in smell. One group 
apparently mixed in something that they thought would give a banana favour but instead rotten cheese. 
After rushing into her room with her lights still turned off, and in complete darkness, she unbutton her 
blouse and undid her skirt. She went to her closet in search for a pair of jeans and a t- shirt, but because it 
was so dark she didn't know where it. She went back to the light switch to turn on the lights when 
suddenly she screamed, while trying to cover herself.
"" she said.was just grinning while lying on their bed.
"What are you doing here?" she asked calming down, as her heartbeat was still beating at a fast pace. But 
before he could answer,
"Close your eyes" she demanded, before grabbing a bathrobe and slipping it on without tying it.
"What it's not like I haven't scene you in that," he said with a cheeky grin. He had gotten up and slowly 
walked in her direction.
"Aren't you suppose to be here in a week?" she asked
"Well ya but I decided to skip the tour and come home" he said as he wrapped his arms around her waist.
"Oh no you don't I'm sending you back" she said
"I'm kidding, we do this all the time so that the fans don't crowd the airport," he said as he leaned forth to 
kiss her unexpectedly.
"I miss you," he whispered in between the kisses.
"Me too..." I said before punching him in the shoulders
"What was that for?" he asked while rubbing it.
"For scaring the hell out of me and not telling me you were coming home early," she said with a smile.
"Well that would ruin the surprise, and you should of seen you face" he said laughing
"Haha" she said with sarcasm.
"I need to change, have to pick upat my parent's place." She said before entering the bathroom 
leavingin their bedroom.
