My Girl
Chapter 1


It was a cold winter morning in. My Dad woke up to find me preparing for work. When I was a kid, my Mom died. So only my 
father raised me until I find my husband to be. I�m now 20 years old and single.
 
�Dad, I�m going to work now.� I said. �Alright, take care sweety.� He said and kissed my forehead.
 
I soon arrived at the shop I work. I work at a tattoo shop. I really like art. And I�m doing my art by tattoo. �Good Morning.� I said 
as I enter. �Hey my princess� he said.is a sweet, caring and thoughtful guy. His not a rough guy you usually see in the other shop. 
He also likes art so that�s why his here.
 
POV

I was at the hospital with my aunt. �Grandpa, your gonna be okay. Don�t loose hope� I said. �Before I die, I want you to find my favorite 
niece. Here�s the picture when she was a kid� he said whispering. �How can I find her if the photo you gave was ages go?� I asked �Just ask 
for someone� he said
 
I left the hospital asking myself �how can I find her?�. I went to the shop were my cousin work. �Hey. Can you help me? Grandpa is 
in critical condition. We need to find her favorite niece. Here�s the photo.� I said and gave it to him. �Whoa! How old is she now?� he asked. 
�Dunno� maybe 19 or 20� I said. �Oh..yeah sure I�ll help you. Maybe tomorrow.� He said �Okay, thanks dude!� I said. �I�m on duty now, 
need to go� he said and left.
 
POV
 
I saw this guy entering the shop. He was looking for. After 5 minutes of talking he left the guy. I went to him and asked if he needed 
something. �Hey I�m, do you need something?� I asked. �Oh, I just dropped by. I�m.� He said. �Ok then, I�ll leave you now� I 
said and walked away.
 
 POV

I was about to leave when this girl came to me. She asked me if I needed something. After that she left. She has similarity to the photo 
Grandpa gave. Maybe she was the one or maybe not. Her name was. I soon left the store and went back home.
 
When I went home, I found my matewatching some DVD�s at my room. �Dude, glad you�re here. I really need some help.� I said 
�Shoot, tell me� he said
 
I told him the whole story. After that he said his going to help me. We decided to walk outside and make the plans for tomorrow.
 
POV 
 
�I�m going home now guys. See you all tomorrow� I said and left. While I was walking, I bumped into someone. �I�m sorry. I wasn�t 
looking� I said apologizing �It�s okay.� He said. Then someone called me. �!� the other guy said �Oh, hello Mr.� I said �Just call 
me� he said �Okay�� I said �This is my mate,this is.� he said. After that we exchanged numbers and went back home.
 
The next morning�
 
POV

We started to look for my lost cousin.,and I went to different places. After 3 days of searching, I started to loose hope.

I went to�s place and talked to him. �I think we need a fake cousin, because Grandpa is getting weaker each day.� I said �Maybe he�ll 
notice it.� He said �Nah, he didn�t see her for like 13 years� I said �Okay, but just the two of us will know the truth� he said. �Duh! I know 
that� he said and laughed
 
The next day; I went to the tattoo shop to talk to. �Hey, I need a really big favor� I said �Lets go at the back and talk about this 
big favor of yours� she said
 
�I want you to be my fake cousin� I said with hope �What?! Is that a joke or what?� she asked in disbelief �I�m not joking, you see my 
Grandpa is in critical condition� I said �And?� she asked. I told her the whole story.
 
�Okay, I�ll be your fake cousin� she said �Thank you so much. Will visit my Grandpa tomorrow� I said �What should I wear?� she asked �Lets 
go shopping then.� I said and pulled her outside.
 
At the shop�
 
�It�s kinda expensive and I don�t have enough money� she said �Don�t worry, I�ll pay for it� I said and went to the counter. �Thanks� she said 
and went to try it on. �How do I look?� she asked. �You look HOT!� I said making her laugh.
 
�I�ll take you home� I said �Thanks again� she said. We arrived at her house. �I�ll pick you up at around 9 alright?� I said �Yes Sir!� she said 
with a salute �Goodnight� I said and was about to kiss her on the cheeks when she turned around and I kissed her lips. There was chemistry 
but I moved my head again and said �sorry� to her. �It�s alright. It was just an accident� she said �Sweet dreams then� I said and went to my 
car.
 
POV
 
�Oh gosh.. I�m really nervous about tomorrow� I thought. I went to my room and searched for my diary. I was writing about what happened 
today when I saw my Dad outside, leaving me. �Maybe he�ll be back tomorrow� I said to myself.
 
I was thinking about. He was a thoughtful, kind hearted and also good looking guy. �Oh No! I think I�m falling for him� I thought 
�No you cant! Tomorrow your going to be the fake cousin and that�s it� I said talking myself.
