Against All Odds Part 6 When i arrived my home, i saw that Dunk was walkin up and down in the livin room. 'I'm home!' i cried. He turned to me suddenly and his face went fairly pink 'Oh!! I was thinkin bout you now. Where did u go? What did happen?' 'A lotta questions to answer. OK, i'll reply them all.' i said and sat down. Dunk sat beside me, too and seemed to be ready to listen to me. I told him every single thing, cryin. When i finished to talk, he gave me a tight hug and said 'everything will be OK.' These were the same words as the words i said to Kelly. Well, i realised that we spoke the same words everytime and this showed that we could think the same way. I think that's the reason why we clicked how quickly. 'Duncan, i know.. i have no right to want smth from you... ermm.. but..' 'Hunnie, go for it! You can want anything from me..' 'Thanks! When im in hospital, can you...' Dunk interrupted me. 'I'll be with you in hospital.' 'Look - i wasnt gonna say that.' 'Anyway!! I'll be in hospital. Cant I want to see Kelly, too?' I smiled. That was very kind of him. 'Thank you so soo much,' I whispered. 'Wanna do a favour for me?' 'Anythin' 'Nice!' He closed to me and looked me in the eye and then kissed me. It was so soft that I felt like I found my place in the sun. But then I stopped. 'It was perfect.' 'No, perfect is you.' 'But now we gotta be in hospital now. She have been injured so badly.' 'Pity!' We got on his car and he drove us to the hospital. This time, i found Marjolein walking. 'Hey!' 'Ahh, Charlotte!! And you must be Duncan James.' 'Yeah!' 'Nice to meet you. Charlotte, doctors said me to walk around for a while in order to keep my feet movin.' 'Cool hun.' 'And i may be back to home tomorrow.' 'OK, I'll take u my home. But tell me, how is Kelly?' 'Well, she's been sleepin for an hour and doctors say that her right leg was broken.' 'Ouch!' 'But we gotta think in a positive way,' said Dunk, 'what if there was anything more serious? We gotta be glad for that her leg is only broken.' 'Well, you may be right.' We sat on the chairs in the corridor and started to wait for a doctor to come and say what's wrong with Kelly. But no one -even a nurse turned up and i felt like i couldn't keep my eyes open. They closed down slowly..... To Be Continued...
