Part 5

'Hun?' 
'Ah Charlotte!! I'm sufferin so much!!' 
'Dont b scared dear!! It'll be OK soon..' 
I know it was the most usual sentence I could ever say but I couldnt find a beautiful word to say. She was 
so weak. She tried to say somethin to me but then, she fell asleep suddenly. First, it didnt happen to me 
that she fell asleep so I thought she died.  So, I called for doctors but a nurse said me to calm down cuz 
she only fell asleep and it was so normal for such a badly injured person. Well, i was ashamed of myself 
then. I acted like a fool. 

Another disadvantage of bein famous is that you have to live with press.. No sooner i came to hospital 
than the press arrived, too! They asked me a lotta question but my head was so full that i even couldnt 
understand what they talked bout. I only said 
'My manager, Kelly had a traffic accident. That's all I know.' 
And then they asked how the accident happened. Suddenly, i realised that i didnt know that, too!! I only 
said to them 'i dont wanna talk bout it' and went to Marjolein's room. 
'Mayo, i wanted to ask you about the accident.' 
'How it happened, right?' 
'Yeah!' 
'Well, we met wiv Kelly and went a bar. Kelly told me about Dunk so we started waitin for you to call. 
We thought that you might call when everythin was over with Dunk. But when u didnt call, Kelly said 
that maybe you got on very well so you wanted to spend the night together.' 
'Together? With him? But it's too early!' 
'Well, it was a possibility. We got on the car cuz i said her to stay with me tonight. After that, even i 
couldnt understand what really happened. A big light had struck and i found myself lyin on the ground. 
I was sittin on the behind but Kelly was drivin the car and unfortunately, the airbag didnt work when this 
happened.' 
'Godness!' 
'Yeah!' 
No words were spoken and then i remembered that Dunk was still waitin for me!!! 
'Oh! Damn!! I forgot to call Dunk, sorry but i gotta go now. I'll be back in an hour.' 
'OK.' 
And i went outside...
