Sooner Or Later
Chapter 3

Oh my god he is the most amazing guy I�ve ever met I thought as we finished off the pizza 
�I should get back I suppose� he said with a yawn 
�You can�t walk alone though you know you could stay in the spare room and leave 
in daylight hours� I offered 
�Only if you�re absolutely sure� he replied 
�I wouldn�t have said otherwise� I said 
�Thanks I don�t think I would�ve made it home without falling asleep on the 
way� he laughed� 
�The spare room is upstairs� I said getting up and walking upstairs with him 
following 
�Bathrooms there and I�m next door if you need me� I told him 
�Ok thank you goodnight� he said kissing my cheek I kissed his cheek 
back 
�Goodnight sweet dreams� I said and went into my room 
�I know I will� I whispered to myself as I climbed into bed. 
I got up the next morning and went downstairs to start breakfast �full English� 
after a night out I thought as I cracked some eggs and fried some bacon I went and 
put some bread in the toaster as Lee came through the kitchen door.

I walked into the kitchen to the smell of �the hangover cure� as its also nicknamed 
�Morning� I smiled as she turned around to face me 
�Morning I�ve made you breakfast� she said getting some plates from the cupboard 
�Thanks babe you didn�t have to though� 
�It�s no problem I can�t start my day without a good breakfast and I wasn�t going 
to let you go hungry tea?� she asked walking to the kettle 
�Yes please� I replied sitting at the kitchen table 
�Hmm yeah better put that in the bin� she said picking up the empty pizza box all 
this was making me not understand even more why would
cheat on her she�s 
gorgeous and is the kindest girl I�ve ever met 
�Here� she said handing me my cup of tea 
�Thanks� I replied as she set hers down and walked out of the room coming back with 
the paper in her hands 
�Here you flick through it while I finish breakfast� she said sliding it onto the 
table I opened up the paper and skimmed through some stories then I knew it 
would be there 
�In the papers already� I said 
�What?� she said putting the breakfast on the table and sitting down herself 
�Actresswho had just come back from shooting a film in LA was out 
celebrating her coming home with best friend and also actress and 
now known as ex-boyfriendthe pair had a bust up last night after 
caughtcheating,who is known to have a violent temper went 
to hitbut was stopped when singercame out of the club and starting 
having words withover hitting womenwho is a strong believer in not 
hitting women later comfortedand walked her home.� I read out to her 
�The press work fast as least they printed the truth and didn�t say anymore about 
you walking me home� she replied as I started eating 
�Yeah but I never knewhad a violent temper� I said 
�You mean you never heard of the DJ? Who had been sacked from having a 
violent temper?� she asked 
�Yeah but it didn�t occur to me that it was the same guy he didn�t ever hurt 
you did he?� 
�He was always jealous of the male attention I get and he�d say hurtful things but 
he never attempted to hit me until last night and you stopped him and I�m very 
thankful for that� she said putting her hand on mine I smiled and carried on 
eating.
