Chapter 3




I got into my room and led on my bed I let the tears roll down my cheeks as I thought 
of my past my heart ached when I had to tellI hated him and wanted to be with 
what I really wanted to say was I loved him and hatedand the things him 
and his gang made me do. It hurt tonight whenfirst looked at me I saw the pain 
in his eyes it was the same when he had to say goodbye I wonder how I could tell him 
its going to take time before I can I have to rebuild my friendship with him and 
then let him know my secret. 
I soon drifted off to sleep after I�d cried I had to let it all out. 
�,� I heardsaying I woke up and looked at her 
�What� I asked sitting up in my bed 
��s downstairs he wants to see you� she said 
�Ok I�ll be down in 15� I told her and started getting up I got dressed sorted out 
my hair and put on a little make-up before going downstairs 
�Hey� I said toas I went into the kitchen and sat at the table 
�Hi erm�I am so sorry about last night I didn�t mean to upset you� he replied 
�Its ok it was just such a shock to see you again I never thought I would� I said 
�I didn�t think you�d care� he replied and looked down 
�I doI don�t know how to say this but I never hated you I never could� I said 
and he looked back up 
�Then why say you did?� he asked 
�Because it was either tell you I hated you and to stay away from me or carrying 
on loving you and have you killed I cared too much to let that happen� I said and 
he smile a little 
�Do you still love me?� he asked and I shrugged 
�Because I never stopped loving you� he added 
�I�m not sureI can�t tell you I love you just yet I have to rebuild what 
we had slowly� I replied 
�I understand you went through something awful and I couldn�t do anything to help 
you no matter how hard I tried I didn�t believe you hated me not one bit but 
something told me to stay away� he said and placed his hand on mine reassuringly 
�I won�t let him hurt you again�added and kissed my hand 
�I hope he never finds me� I said and sighed 
�Well there�s enough of us looking out for you babe especially me� he replied 
and I smiled 
�Thank you� I said and stood up to get a drink 
�Want anything� I asked him 
�Only you� he said with a cheeky grin 
�Mysure hasn�t changed has he?� I giggled and he nodded 
�Nope� he said and stood up putting his arms around me 
�I always felt safe in these arms� I said putting my head on his shoulder 
�You�ll always be safe in these arms now babe�said squeezing me 
slightly 
�I�m so glad to have found you again� I replied 
�It was fate darling we were always meant to be together� he said and kissed 
the top of my head 
�Awww� I heardsay as she came into the kitchen 
�So what is it with you two� she asked I looked atand he looked back 
at me 
�A slow relationship we�ve got to build back what we lost�
said and I 
smiled 
�Yeah but I don�t think it will take too long� I replied 
�Awww bless you two are so made for each other�said as I broke away 
from 
�Yeah we were just saying that� I said and finished making the drink I had 
started�
