Walking down the street away from the pain and the sorrow that she wanted to leave behind 
the pain and the sorrow caused by her boyfriendwell now ex-boyfriend she had finally 
had enough of his beatings and the constant you�re a worthless slag who will never 
achieve anything speech. It only happened when he was drunk but lately he would say 
it when sober.
So this time when he was out drinking she packed her things and walked down the 
street to the cab firm where she ordered a cab to take her to London she had a 
friend that lived there they had spoken on the phone a few days ago whilehad 
been out drinking and agreed that she could stay with her friend as she needed some 
help with the rent as her old mate moved out she arrived at her friends house who 
was waiting outside 
�� her mate said upon seeing her 
�Hiya� she replied hugging her as the cab driver got her luggage out and placed 
it on the floorpaid the cab fair and carried her luggage inside with some help 
from. The girls chatted for a bit thenwent to unpack her stuff.
had been staying withfor a few months now and she was beginning to 
piece her life back together.
�Wanna go clubbing tonight?�asked getting off of the phone with her mate 
�Yeah ok�replied happily before getting up and going upstairs to choose her 
outfit after choosing her favourite jeans and Red devilish strap top she did her 
make up and slipped on some low heels
�Ready�asked ascame out of her room 
�Yeah�smiled 
�Oh I forgot to tell you we�re meeting four of my mates I haven�t seen for 
ages�toldas they entered the club�

�There they are�said as she quickened her pace and walked over to four fit lads 
one in particular was really fit and I felt my knees go weak. The lad hadhair 
that was styled in the most perfect way hiseyes looked up into mine as 
I reached the table they were sat at 
�Let me introduce you to my bestest mate ever� 
�Hey� I said smiling 
�Hey� three of the lads said enthusiastically but the
haired lad said 
�Hey in a low tone like he was upset I looked unsure at
�what�s the matter?�asked sitting down next to him 
�Nothing I�ve got to get some air� he said and got up and left
�He was fine before wasn�t he?�asked the others
�Yeah I think so�answered
�Maybe it�s me being here� I said 
�Why would you have anything to do with the way he is?�

�I don�t know, he was fine before and then I came and he acted weird� I replied 
�It might be because you remind him of someone�told me 
�Who?� I asked 
�We don�t know but I shouldn�t let it worry you too much�said putting a hand 
on my shoulder
�Ok� I said 
�Drink ladies?�asked getting up�
