Jello Cereal
Add one package of any favor of Jello in boiling water before put in the cereal. Omitt the milk (when child have cold)   Fresh Fruits chops or can of fruits can be add into the cereal. This is good for child whose have the cold. --------

Cinnamon Honey Cereal
Add 3 tablespoons of honey  and 1 cinnamon stick in boiling water then follow the direction of the cereal and Enjoy it.-----
Without Having Stress After Hours

My Family and Friends have been stress out coming home from work and not realize there are things they need to do after work as soon they get home.

1.   Take Hot shower or bath & change your attire
into comfort clothes.
2.   Drink 2 to 3 cups of herb tea in early evening.

3.   No Business or Disscus after 6pm.

I learn this and given me best solution in some answers.  However it may not work for other at least try it in some point maybe give you an idea.
Spirit of Flute or Spirit of Wind these music given me much pleasure to enjoy.it also help in many ways for me and others whom I share as I learn they had some simplar in way of their experiences.  Please find music without/few words use it with your meditation.
Sanctuary- Hall of Doors

Set up few things first:  Turn off your phone, door bell so no one will not interfer your quiet time. Clear the room or place where you going to be doing your sanctuary room.   Bring in your favorite blanket and pillow where you are going to be either sitting or laying down.   Light candle and incense to take Shower first to clean then take one cup of lemon or pineapple mix it with warm/hot water to your bath. Then after bath wear something loose comfort clothes without belt, tight neck line or pant,  bring in your candle and incense to your sandctuary room.   Go to the kitchen and slice some fruits such as apple, banana, grape etc, then pitcher of cool drink nothing too sweet or cold icy water after your meditation these fruit and drink will help you to come back without "light-air-head" effect..  Put on music with little or no words it just music of kind.    Now you are ready to do your sanctuary.   If the room is cool, blanket or other cover advised.  

Relax allow your body to settle comfortably into the suface beneath you.  Do not cross your hands or feet.  A pillow is recommednded for under knees.   Breath- Deeply and normally.  Exhale completely.   Breath evenly, counting until lungs are filled.   Hold breath for same "count".   Allow all of the tension within you to be released.   Give yourself permision to relax completely - to just let go- for this special time and place of all of your pain, your thoughts, your tension, your discomfort and stress.   As you continue to breath in  the Healing Light - it fills completely the space in and around your head.   The light soothes, warm and healing, realxing all of the space at the top of your head, behind your eyes relaxing completely as you release your breath all of the space behind your eyes, at your cheeks, around your ears, your jaw and tongue relax completely letting go of all tension.   As you continue to breath in Light, the light moves down relaxing the space at the base of the head.  Down further, relaxing the tensions and tighness in your neck as it continues to move down,   As the light comes into the space at your shoulders- it divides.  Each  half flows down your shoulders into each arm warming and soothing.   Allow yourself to realease and relax completely all tension as the light passes through each upper arm, elbow, forearm, wrist, hand and out through fingers with you next exhaled breath.

As you breath in, more light fills the space at shoulders, and upper chest.  Allow yourself to release all tension, discomfort and pain as the light continues to grow and to move downward with each breath.   Your back becomes free of all discomfort, all pain is released as you allow healing to occur with the light that flows throught you.  It move down bringing healing air and light to lungs.   All the space at your heart chakra tat back and chest recieves healing with the air and light energy moving downwards to your solar plexus.   All the tensions melt away as your solor plexus is fulled with the warm healing light.  The light moves further energizing healing and relaxing the space of creative center, the naval or womb chakra.   Further to the base chakra energizing , while allowing all tensions in the pelvis and bottom to let go completley all the deep muscles let go, relaxing completely.

Light again divide to flow down each thigh - relaxing healing the large muscles of the thigh, move down to knees allow healing occur if there is any pain in your knees.   The light moves more quickly - relaxing your calves completely moving - through ankles, through feet and out toes quickly.   Allow yourself to notice any remaining tension - to allow warm light to breathed directly into this area.   Allow special healing to be directed at this place and give yourself complete permission to relax and recieve all of the healing that is here for you now.   You begin to feel as light as if you were drifting on a cloud.  The surface beneath you is soft as cloud as support you completely.   Allow yourself to drift on this cloud of comfort, free floating. Drifting in a gentle downward, spiraling descent....(this will be second part will explain later). 

Now time to begin to breath more deeply to stretch fingers, body and toes.   Allow yourself to come back slowly, gently, and completely to full walking awareness, and to bring back with you complete rememberance of all your experience.   Knowledge of it 's meaning and understanding of how it effects or influences you.   There is fruit and drink for you sit on the chair or whatever the sitting you have in room.  Start writing your journal book.   Remember there isnt time-frame to go by... this is timeframe can do an hour or more when you practice it does take time as you repeat this in your daily sanctuary medition and keep an journal book. you will notice the different about yourself.

The ability to meditate is utlized in many different reasons.   However, the main objective is consistent - IE: to focus one's mind and spirit.   Staring into clear crystal can focus and attune the mind to clarity as well as amplify the energy signals that part of both human and crystal.  Or use sandbox with stones this is also work as well.   It take practice and time thus will make the different in your part.
