Ducklings & Dinos 3 Months to 3 Years
This is a parent and baby/toddler combination. The parents learn how to enjoy the water with their child and the children learn how to relax and be comfortable in the water. The goal is to insure your child is water safe, relaxed and having fun.
Dolphins 3-5 Years
Dolphins 1: Children become comfortable experiencing their first independence in the water.
Dolphins 2: For the child who is always splashing around and is comfortable being independent in the water. Intro to the basic swimming skills.
Dolphins 3: Children develop basic skills for swimming strokes through fun and play.
Stage 1 Orientation to Water 6 Years and up
* Entry and immersion
* Buoyancy and flotation
* Submersion and breath control
* Propulsion through the water
Stage 2 Skill Development
* Focus in key skills for balance, alignment and coordination
* Streamlining and propulsion
* Basic strokes
* Specific skills: Underwater push offs, submersion
* Intro to dive skills
Stage 3 Skill Improvement
Focus on skill improvement. Involves improving all four strokes, improving reaction/rhythm abilities and increasing endurance. When learners have this stage they have learned to swim.
Adult Lessons 16 +
This program  is designed for each individuals ability and goals. It is meant for those who want to learn to swim or those that want to improve their strokes.
Junior Lifeguard Club 8-15 Years
Learning important lifesaving and fitness skills through fun activities. This year we are adding the option of making the club competitive and visiting other facilities with clubs for fun and friendly competition. No commitment, only come to the classes you want.
Aqua Sports Free for 8+
A fun after school activity.
Every Tuesday from 4-5pm starting October 10. During this tme we will offer a variety of aquatic sports which include water polo, diving, synchronized swimming, water basketball, and water volleyball. No registration, just come and have fun.
