Booth locations will be assigned by the Fair Booth Committee. Every effort will be made to honor exhibitors' requests. Please make any requests for space preferences on the application or separate sheet of paper. Previous participants need to note on application if they wish to keep same space. 2. Tents are not required and do not need to meet any color requirement. Wood or plastic stakes only to be used in grassy areas to secure the tents. Street tents need to be securely fastened (eg. cinder blocks and ropes.) 3. *_All booths must fit within a 10x10 space. Encroachment onto another vendors space will result_* * _in removal of the vendor from the Fair. Vendors will place their booths 3 (three) feet back from_* * _the sidewalk in the grassy area of the Square. The booth spaces are for use by the vendor only. _ * * _Visitors or family members are not allowed to congregate around the booth area._* 4. Very limited electrical connections are available for an additional charge by separate check, which will be returned if electricity is unavailable. Use of generators must be approved in advance by the Fair Booth Committee. 5. * *We promote handcrafted arts and crafts. * NO MASS PRODUCED. IMPORTED, OR FLEA MARKET ITEMS ALLOWED. CRAFT ITEMS NOT LISTED ON APPLICATION WILL NEED TO BE REMOVED IF ANOTHER VENDOR IS SELLING THAT ITEM. NO CRAFT ITEMS WILL BE ALLOWED THAT MAY CAUSE DAMAGE TO OTHER VENDORS OR VISITORS TO THE FAIR.* 6. Application deadline will be strictly enforced. Those returning participants whose applications have not been received by the February15 postmark will have their spaces reassigned.
