This is a single shot greande launcher designed for use in Vietnam war. It is a fold over single shell reloader Highly accurate but slow on shooting and has a terrible range. It packs 30mm projetiles, and the reason it is much better in accuracy than most of its competition is that it is a shoulder fired. also there are front and rear balanced aining sights.

REVEREND's TAKE: I've only used this GL a few times but it is very easy to get a good feel for it in a short time. It is much better suited for a short range fight, than any other Gl in the game, specialy if you use HE frags that are detonated on impact and not on time limit. its range limitation is not true as it will fly as far as MGL and M203 and it will kill. the only one sort of downfall i found is the reload time, it is too damn long so you better have a Model 18 hanfy for some quick ass bailing from trouble.
Recomended use: Anywhere that is featured, even though i really preffer killing people in their face this is a definite must among the GL's

M79 Frag Shell is a standar explosive greande shell with a longer reach than HE. it kills by dispersing numerous shrapnells in a 360 radius and on a solid distance of 30 feet (even in the game)

M79 HE shell is exact copy of the He hand grenade. It kills by a massive and powerfull explosive blast and is much better when use in tight space as it has a better blast radius. The range of M79 is reduced to 10/100 when using this shell.

M79 Smoke shell is a smoke screen shell, used mostly to create cover for intemediate breaches or charges, as well as for well planed diversions. It has the longest range of the three.
