The Simon approach:

 Its consist of 4 stages as follow

 

1-planning, which include identify project, select project depend on criteria, initiation, scheduling.

 

2- Analyses, which include analyze project, set alternative solution, select selected solution.

 

3-designing, (logical and physical programming) coding program, install, test from programmer and user for error, train, documentation.

 

4-Implementation, maintenance.

Simon approach end user not involve in system, and costly control, needs time.

SDLC used for large project and need more time and user involve, sequential.
