 
My Friends
Most people have only a few people who are great friends to them. And even fewer that are friends for years and years. I am happy to say that I have a few people who are great friends to me who are in my life. Although we have had our share of arguements each one is still one of my greatest friends. People who have never thought to treat me differently, never acted like they were better than me, or I was beneath them. I have had my share of friends who werent real friends at all. People I couldnt trust, or who were mean to me and treated me badly. But these special people who have been great to me are still in my life today, and those other people are gone and missin great folks like us to hang out with ;) The people who have been here for me and who are still here for me whenever I need them, are these people. And I love them all for it. But thats enough mushiness. lol. But seriously thank you to all of you, you know who you are, who have been a good friend to me.
Here is a really old poem that my friend Julie sent to me cause she woves me ;). I thought I would share it with all of my other friends. It has a good message.
A FRIEND FROM ABOVE....
I prayed for you before we met,
Not knowing who you'd be.
I asked God to send a friend.
One chosen just for me.
I asked that they'd be Godly,
With wisdom of His ways.
A friend to help and guide me
Through the troubles of these days.
So often in life, we need someone
To listen while we talk.
Someone who will not condemn or judge,
But encourage us as we walk.
The narrow road we choose to follow
May sometimes make us stumble.
But to have a friend to catch our fall,
Teaches us to be humble.
When I asked God to send a friend,
Though many came and went.
He gave much more than I ever asked,
For you are the friend He sent
