As a human, Harmony has appeared in: The Harvest; Invisible Girl;Surprise; Bewitched, Bothered and Bewildered; The Wish; Graduation Day Parts 1&2 & Restless
As a Vampire Harmony has appeared on Buffy in these episodes:

Harsh Light of Day, The Initiative, Pangs, Real Me, Out of my Mind, Family, Fool for Love, Crush

After being turn into a vampire at the end of Season 3, Harmony creates a minor nusinance for the slayer. Including attacking Willow, and Buffy. She also dates Spike and helps him find the ring of Amara. In Crush, when Drusilla shows up, Spike dumps Harmony.  Harmony seeks revenge on him by attacking him.  Heartbroken, Harmony leaves Sunnydale. 
Disharmony
Harmony visits Cordelia in Los Angeles without reveal who she is.  When Cordelia finds out, Harmony pleads to let her help.  Harmony helps out investigating an Vampire pyramid scheme. Unfortunately she buys into the pyramid scheme and betrays Cordelia and the others.  Cordelia spares Harmony and orders her to leave LA. 
On Angel, Harmony has appeared in:

Convictions, Just Rewards, Life of the Party, Destiny, Harm's Way, Soul Purpose, Damage, You're Welcome, Smile-Time, Hole in the World, Shells, Underneath, (She is now a regular) Origin, Time Bomb, Girl in Question, Powerplay and Not Fade away.

For Angel Season 5 Harmony now works as a reception for Wolfram and Hart and tries to stay out of trouble, but not always.

Trivia/ Appearances Harmony has appeared more an a vampire than a human.

Harmony has appeared in 17 episodes of Buffy and 18 episodes of Angel.
Criteria Harmony attempted to kill Willow, Dawn and the entire group from LA but she is mostly a comedy relief.
