3. The Klingons Star Trek: TOS A Race of honorable and violent people, the Klingons were often up to no good on the Original Star Trek.
4. Dr. Clayton Forrester MST: 3000 Evil Scientist who blasts Joel Robinson into Space, forcing him to live on the satellite of love watching horrible movies. After Joel's escape, Dr. Forrester sent temp worker Mike Nelson to take his place. Dr. Forrester was eventually killed by his mother.
5. Servalan Blake's 7 A ruthless and power hungry dictator, Servalan will destroy all that get in her way to her achieving absolute power.
6. The Cylons
(Also Baltar, Lucifer)
Battlestar Galactica A ruthless tyranny, Cylons are robotic creatures who want to enslave humans or kill them.
7. The Mayor Buffy the Vampire Slayer Mayor of Sunnydale and expert in the Occult, the Mayor attempted to consume the entire town of Sunnydale by turning into an almost unstoppable demon.
8. The Romulans Star Trek, TOS A Vulcan-like race, the Romulans prefer the illogical side. One of the best episodes of Star Trek: TOS Balance of Power features the Romulans. The Romulans are more neutral in the later shows, but there have been some skirmishes.
9. The Borg Star Trek: TNG, Voyager The borg are a race of beings who wish to eliminating imperfection and individuality by assimilating cultures whether they want to or not.
10. The Dominion Star Trek: Deep Space Nine A race of Shape changers who felt that "solids" were a threat and declared war on the Federation. The Dominion is served by the Vorta and Jemhadar
11. The Sleestacks Land of the Lost (1974) Mysterious reptilian Creatures known for their hissing. Sleestacks did not seem to have any intelligence and are of pure malevolence.

A sarcastic mantis that has tormented Space Ghost throughout three series.
16. The Visitors (Also Diana, John) V Reptilian Aliens who pretend to look human and peaceful really wish to steal the Earth's water and kidnap humans for food.
17. Spike
(Played by James Marsters)
Buffy the Vampire Slayer A vampire who has been a thorn in Buffy's side since Season 2. Spike has a tendency to betray anyone (friend or enemy) who gets in their way. Spike currently has a chip in his head and can't harm humans.
18. Pearl Forrester
(Played by Mary Jo Phelps)
Mystery Science Theater: 3000 Mother to Doctor Clayton Forrester, Pearl took over for her son and continued to force Mike Nelson and the bots to watch terrible movies.
19. The Trickster
(Played by Mark Hamill)

20. TV's Frank Mystery Science Theater: 3000 Sidekick to Dr. Clayton Forrester, Frank did everything Dr. Forrester asked. He is currently dead and employed as a Soul taker.

22. Brain Guy MST:3K Side kick to Pearl Forrester, Brain guy reluctantly does everything she says.
23. C.G.B. Spender
'The Cigarette Smoking Man"
X-Files The Cigarette smoking man has essentially been a hindrance to Fox Mulder learning the truth about aliens.
24. Travis
(Best as played by Brian Croucher)
Blake's 7 Travis was Blake's nemesis throughout the first two seasons. He blamed Blake for the lose of his eye. Avon eventually killed Travis.

29. Scorpius Farscape Member of the Peacekeepers who is perfecting willing to destroy John Crichton's brain in order to get information to invade Earth.
30. Angelus Buffy the Vampire Slayer/ Angel In only four short month, Angelus murdered Jenny Calender, tormented Buffy and attempted to have Earth sucked into hell. Angelus became Angel again when Willow restored his soul.
