 Loki

Loki. Copyright 2006 by Fady Bahig

Loki! Oh, what can I say about Loki? Loki is Fausts imaginative friend. Faust first learned the name Loki from a kids book that Keiko read him before sleep. Later, Loki started to be incarnated as an imaginative friend to Faust after Keiko left the house. He did all possible to make Faust laugh and to get him out of his sad mood. Loki looked like Irish fairies and acted in a hilarious manner forcing the depressed Faust to burst in laughter. He had the habit of imitating people and making fun even of Faust himself. When he manages to make Faust laugh, he cries in pleasure Estata fasulla! As Faust grows up, he forgets about his old friend. But beware! Loki doesnt like to be forgotten for long!

Quotes:

As Faust arrives to Romania, Loki cries:

Romania! Finally women that God created when he was sober!

Faust wonders why Gerald writes '96' on his house.

Faust: What does 96 mean anyway?

Loki: I have no idea, Fosti. Perhaps in 1996 a dear friend to Gerald died or something. Things would have definitely been much easier to understand if it was 69!

Loki: Why do you always get to know weird people like that Grotesque? Wont you ever try to sheer yourself up a little? Enjoy your life before its too late. Get some girls. I want some hot stuff, I want some booty shaking! Oh poor me! Of all the people in the world why werent I dreamt of by a playboy?

Faust: Perhaps, It is because no playboy has ever been a dreamer.
