Take the car key from the doctor if you want to escape in his car. Go past the doctor to the door in front and go through it. Then, through the next door then go left and open the door on the right. Go through the room and open the door at other end of the room. Pass the patients and dead 48's and open the next door. Then immediately left through the left door. You can pick the syringes at the exclamation mark if you need them. And kill the patient and take his clothes. Continue to the front door and open it then open the left door. The patient on the right sitting on the floor says in Romanian language: "They are all fool. They have all the crap down there. What do they do down there? What do they produce on those machines. Believe me. Go left then right across the desk with ammo on it. The police should have arrived by now, so run to the right and ride the elevator to the second floor. Outside the elevator there is a dead swat member on the wall. Take his clothes. By doing this they won't suspect you. Go south across the circular room with operation bed in the middle. Pass it to the other side and enter the front door. There are wooden stairs. Go down them to the main entrance. There are four swat members. Go behind them and into the room to the left in a room with four patients and a guarding soldier. Take the small spiral stairs that go up and across the room to the balcony. Climb down the ladder. Wait for the swat patroling around the car not to see you. Then, approach the car and escape.
Second Level(The meat king party):
Kill the cook with the silenced pistol and take his clothes. Drop the pistols you have if you want to enter offecially. Go to the entrance and stand for inspection. The guard says in Romanian: Very beautiful, continue. Go to the left door and wait behind the front door for the guard to come through it then wack him with the fibre wire and take everything he has including his clothes. Go back and walk straight from the entrance door. Open the door with a guard in front then left to climb the stairs up to the second floor then right through the door. See the map to ensure that the butcher in the next room doesn't see you. I leave for you to choose the weapon to kill him with. Go down the way you came after taking the murder proof. Take the left to where a guard is in front of a door and enter. Go to the set of doors labeled (B) go to the changing room to the left to change into a waiter. Then straight to doors (C).
