Lance was born on May 4th, 1979 in Clinton, Mississippi and even at a young age he had a
knack for music and performance. At age 11, Lance joined the community choir and a year after that
was on his way to stardom performing with the "Mississippi Show Stoppers". This group of talented
performers toured the nation giving him first hand the hard work it takes to perform, tour and have a personal
life.
While the rest of the guys, JC, Justin, Joey and Chris were trying to put a group together Lance was
only familiar with a few members already seen on the Mickey Mouse Club. Lance's name was given as a lead
for the 5th and final bass voice needed to complete the group. Although it was hard for Lance to just take
off to move to Orlando, Florida he finally did and hence Nsync was born.
On stage, Lance is happiest in the background. Lance has come a long way performing and taking alot of
time in the beginning working with the choreographer to learn the complicated dance moves the group puts together
with the vision of ease.
His business savvy mind has given him the joy of applying his knowledge of the industry to work promoting other
up coming performers, through his own company Freelance Entertainment.
