If you really feel the need to uninstall CacheMaster Pro (though I can't imagine why), you can do so through the Add/Remove Programs dialog found in the Windows Control Panel. Uninstalling CacheMaster Pro will restore your system settings to the Windows defaults. Furthermore, if you are a registered user and decide to reinstall CacheMaster Pro at a later date, you will need to reenter your registration information.
