Die making facility comprising of lathe milling copy milling surface grinding EDM machine EDM wire cut machine, heat treatment furnaces, anodizing systems with 13000 and 16000 amp capacity 937 kVa diesel slow speed gen.-set. Send twice overseas to Singapore Expo-2000 to purchase EDM wire cut machine and Germany Essen Aluminium 2000 Fare to purchase photo-spectrometer. installation commissioning of ARD, EDM wire cut machine and brushing machine for the aluminium architectural profiles. |

Fabrication Department to fabricate steel structures and components etc., to enhance the present capacity and to provide structures and supervision of new plants/ facilities as added from time to time. |
