concurred at XI World Championship of Martial Arts of the Deaf 2001 in
Lido Di Ostia, Italy and the IMAFD congress, at which assits 15
countries.
IMAFD congress was presided for the president Mr. Kim Shwa accoman'ed
by. The Vice-President Mr. Eduardo A. Dominguez, General Secretary Dr.

Rukhledev President of Russian Deaf Sport Union and the Delegate Mrs.
Inna Lupookova President of Deaf Sport Combat Federation of Ukraine en
the seat of IMAFD Congress in Lido di Ostia, Italia. At July 17th,
2001, the delegates at the Congress voted for the posture of the Seat
of the 12th World Championship in August, 2003 and the city of Moscow,
