My Autobiography

August 22, 1985 a baby was born under the animal year “ox”. She is the daughter of Mr. Francisco Villalon and Mrs. Marilyn Villalon. They decided to name the child “Frances Marie”, a combination of two hearts meant as one. It was taken from her parents’ name.

I’m Frances Marie Ceriales Villalon. I’m from the town of Bacong, Oriental Negros. In my Elementary years, I usually get academic awards from the school. I joined extra curricular activities and leadership training. I took my secondary education at Valencia Municipal High School which enhances my personality as a good student. Junior years in my high school life had brought good breaks to me because my teacher appointed me to join the school paper publication which is the “The Raven”. We had seminars, discussions and practices to improve our writing skills. Unfortunately, in that year I wasn’t able to maintain my grades because I’m physically ill. I did not get any honors which make me lonely all the time. After graduating high school, I enrolled in Foundation University for my Bachelors Degree. I took up Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEED) major in English because I love to teach kids.

Furthermore, I have a quiet, steady nature and perseverant even in the most trying circumstances; because once I have made a commitment I keep my word. I’m truthful and sincere, and the idea of wheeling and dealing in a competitive world is distasteful to me. My close friends appreciate the fact that I am rather introverted and wary of new trends, although every now and then I encourage myself to try something new. I have four close friends namely; Celestina Elumir, Cheryl Combista, Luella Deles and Glenn Cabual who lend their hands every time I need them. I also have God who guides me on what path to go. I’m happy and contented with my life because I have a good and religious family, relatives and friends who always there for me. When I feel secure in my environment, I’m turning sociable and relaxed, but occasionally a dark cloud looms over me and I take on the worries of the world, mulling over the problems I see and trying to find solutions.

I think 2 years from now; I’ll be working in a grade school which I dream of or working abroad as what I always wanted to have greener pasture. I dreamt of building my own business so that my relatives can work. In one way or another, I could be able to help them. To end this show, I’m actually a dreamer.
