Just a small update...
As for the T-shirts, although we are still in the process of negotiating, we have a preliminary price for now. As of right now, we��re estimating about $28 US for each T-shirt. And that includes shipping and handling (Yes, I know the price is quite outrageous!!!). The main reason for the price is because they will ship the shirts directly from Singapore to you and a majority of the price is the shipping rather than the shirt. Personally, I think it��s expensive, but it is my duty to inform everyone about it. I will keep everyone updated if anything changes.
Secondly, with the MSN chat, since my vacation is starting, I will try to organize everything and make it less confusing. I am also in the process of deciding whether or not we should include a monthly club chat. I know some clubs have decided to let their members know more about each other and set up a certain chat using the MSN group. But for starters, I decided to arrange a monthly chat first, rather than a weekly one. I will also make it on a Saturday or a Sunday evening/night to make it easier for everyone. Please email me your opinions on what everyone thinks. After I have collected everyone��s opinions, I��ll decide on the date. When commenting, please state which day you prefer and if this idea is worthwhile.
To those that are slightly confused about the chat that I��m referring to, there is a chat (located on the side menu of the MSN group). Once you enter, just like any chat, you are free to converse with anyone within. If we do decide to set up this chat, it WILL NOT be mandatory. It��s only for those people that want to familiarize themselves with other members. At times, I have been notified that different people attend the chat, but due to different times, they weren��t able to meet up. So, hopefully with this chat option, we will be able to let members to know one another.
*Once again, this chat is not mandatory and this does not limit the chat to only that time. This is only to let members familiarize themselves with the chat functions and get to know other members.
Lastly, I want to notify everyone of some updates and changes of the MSN group...
Club Management: A list of the management of all the branches has been posted. A more updated and complete list will be posted very shortly.
Help Wanted: This page consists of different requests that members asked if we could add onto the MSN chat. For anyone that has some free time on their hands, they might want to check out this page for anything they could help out with. Credit will be given to those that help out, so please remember to leave your name.
Club Updates: From now on, besides emailing everyone updates, I will also post them up on the MSN chat. At certain times, I have emails bouncing back due to ��over quota.�� This will help insure that members won��t miss out on the updates.
Member Birthdays: An archive has been set up for the member birthdays. Your birthday should be found on that page.
