25 July 2003 - Li RenKang directing [Star Runner] has been shooting consecutively 3 days for the last boxing match which sees Vanness & different countries boxing champions competing, this scene has attracted medias from Korea, Thailand, Malaysia & Singapore to go all the way to HK. For this last part of the movie, Vanness has used up a lot of his energy. He has to act and at the same time box with his competitor, frankly the pressure was huge for him and his mood was also very nervous. Because there were misses during the matches, his competitors and him have times which they will get injured and thus delay the whole shooting progress. But he was still preserving his energy and attention at his best cause this movie is his debut in the movie industry. Other than that, when the foreign media arrived at the scene and get to know that Vanness & Hyun joo was acting out the scene of lovers, started to request both of them to act out for them but both of them burst out laughing in less than 10 seconds. Finally under the mass requests, both of them then stand closer to each other.
