Director of "Meteor Garden 1" new show starring F4?

Although F4's "Meteor Garden 2" wasn't a success in both Hong Kong and Taiwan, F4 themselves are still like SUPER stars according to HK's citizens. However, in Taiwan, their popularity is dropping that they even lost to WeWe and Energy for the best male group in Taiwan's HITO. There are Taiwanese prophets who said "As long as they don't separate, they will be popular until at the least 2006!"

Apparently, Chai Zhi Ping is very confident with this saying. Why? Because she finally figured out that MG2's director, Hou Xiao Xian, who is almost known as the best director in the movie field is not suitable to be directing a TV show. In order to regain the love of fans for F4 again, she decided to find the director of MG, Choi Yue Fen to write and direct another TV show for F4.

Rumors were spread around stating that Director Choi wants to start a police/crime type of show. He wanted Jerry Yan to be the moody police and Vic, who is always quiet to be gang's leader. Due to their fights, it would cause Vanness and Ken to become the victims.

F4 would concentrate more on acting rather than singing. This may seems strange because Zaizai's debut album sold over 100, 000 copies and even Vanness sold over 50, 000 copies in Taiwan (This is extremely good, actually excellent, in Taiwan already!). However, due to the fact that they did not win any awards in Taiwan for singing, their companies decided that it would be best if they concentrate on acting rather than singing as much. They will still produce CDs but just not as much.

No matter how their popularity drop, Taiwan's companies still love them. Earlier this year, Jerry already performed in a commercial for some Taiwan's product and his wage was $2 300 000HK. Compared to last year (F4's commercial for running shoes and clothes with all four was only $2 500 000HK), Jerry received almost the same amount. This proves that their popularity is not dropping a bit ^.^ And ZaiZai has about 10 commercials waiting for him now. Basically this proves to the fans that they are still as popular as before! (YAY!)
