Story...
"Come to My Place" is
a drama about a lady named Xiao Wen (Valen Hsu) who gets romantically involved
with a college student named Tien Yung (Fan Zhi Wei). Xiao Wen is older than
Tien Yung and she is an accomplished pianist who earns a living by
teaching children how to play the piano. Later, she even records her own piano
music CD for Sony. Tien Yung is a college student, who is majoring in
photography. His dream is to be the best photographer in the world. At first,
they cannot believe the amazing attraction they have for each other,
especially since she is older and more sophisticated than he is. Later in the
relationship, Tien Yung starts to feel inadequate because Xiao Wen is always
paying for everything and she has a promising career. He begins to think about
chasing after his dream to be a photographer and wants to earn a living which
will surpass her so that he can show her that he is capable of taking care of
her.
Xiao Wen's ex-boyfriend is Yi Ye (Jerry Yan), who is also a pianist. They
broke up 2 years ago and she had not been with anyone until now. At first, it
was very hard for her to start a relationship with Tien Yung because she is
not totally over her relationship with Yi Ye. Then one day, Tien Yung tells
her that he loves her exactly the way she is. She was happy about this and
makes up her mind to be with Tien Yung. When Xiao Wen released her
CD one day, Yi Ye finds out and wants her back in his life.
This drama is very beautifully and artistically directed. It is on a more mature and sophisticated level which is more suitable for older audience members.
