| Next morning DMS & SC is driving to the airport.They met up with F3 at the airport. MZ:�SC,where�s yours?� SC(searching her bag):�How can this be?� DMS(looking at her):�What�s wrong?� SC(looking at DMS):�I think I�ve forgotten to bring my passport.� DMS:�Huh?� SC kneels down on the floor and opens up one of her suitcases and looks around inside. Lei:�SC,don�t panic.Look carefully.� DMS (annoyed):�Are you a pig?Have you never traveled before?How can you not bring your passport?� SC:�I didn�t do it on purpose.� DMS: �If you didn�t want to go,then don�t go.Why�d you trick me for?� SC(getting angry):�Did you think I want to forget?Why would I trick you for?� DMS:�You go home now and get it for me.� SC(standing up and glaring at DMS): �Why do I have to go home and GET IT for you?I�m not going, how�s that?� DMS(getting angry too):�You�� DMS & SC are glared at each other,both very angry. XM(trying to calm them down):�Ok already.Stop arguing.We can always take the next flight.� SC(drops down to the floor,angrily throwing her things back into the suitcase):�Don�t have to. Can you make the flight?How can you leave your passport on top of the table at home?Good thing mama�s home and good thing QH, this QH master,drove his car over to bring me here.� QH: �Auntie called me and I rushed over.SC(he takes SC�s passport from SC�s mom�s hands)I�m still like before.No matter what you need,I,QH,will look after you.I�ve also brought my passport(taking his passport out from his pocket).Later I�m going to go over to the counter and buy a ticket then I can go with you.I will take care of you on the way.� DMS(pointing his finger at QH�s chest with each word he says): �Hey, hey, hey.� XM(calling QH by the nickname):�Thank you for bringing the passport,but I think you�ve done your job.� SC: �QH, thank you.But I�ve decided not to go.� QH:�Ha ha ha,she�s not going�� XM comes over and pushes QH away. Mom:�SC,weren�t you really happy?Why all of a sudden you decided not to go?� Lei walks over to stand between SC & DMS. Lei:�Now we have the passport.But I think if someone would apologize,then this matter could be settled.� Lei is looking at DMS when he�s saying this.XM standing to the left of DMS is smiling his head off.DMS is looking around pretending he didn�t hear anything. DMS(feeling Lei�s stare,turns to look at Lei): �Why do I have to apologize?� QH: �Right.Right.How can DMS apologize?� MZ sticks his elbow at QH. QH falls back with his hand over his chest.SC walks over to the luggage cart and takes down her other suitcase. Lei: �Well,if that�s the case then� XM,you go check in first.� XM(looking at DMS): �Then I�m going to check in.� Lei: �QH,then can you please take SC and Auntie home?� QH:�Uh,ok,ok.� SC:�Ma,let�s go.� Mom:�No don�t.SC.� QH:�Auntie,let�s go.� Mom:�SC how can this be?� SC: �We�re going home.� DMS(suddenly speaks):�I�m sorry ok?� SC stops walking. Mom: �I think I heard someone say I am sorry.� SC turns around and looks at DMS. SC: �Actually I was wrong too.� MZ(walking up to DMS): �So apologizing works better than the police.� DMS hits MZ with his elbow.Then smiles at SC and SC smiles back. At the departure gate: Mom:�Master Ah Si.This is something that I went to the temple to get for the two of you.(she takes out a lucky charm) Here,wear it around your neck.� DMS:�Do I have to?� Mom: �Yes,have to.It�s for protection.� XM walks over. XM: �It�s time to go in.� SC: �Ma, I�m going.Bye.bye QH.Thank you.� Mom (calling out):�Master Ah Si.I�m giving my precious SC over to you ok?(she starts crying) SC(embarrassed): �Ma,I�m only going for vacation for a couple of days.You don�t have to be like this.� Mom(wiping her tears):�Oh ok.Then I wish you all a safe travel ok?� SC: �Ok,Ma,bye.QH,bye.� Mom(yelling after them): �Have to take care of my SC.Bye bye.� As DMS & SC is walking through the gates,F3 stayed behind. DMS: �Hey what are you doing? Come on.� MZ(teasing): �The 3 of us shouldn�t tag along on your honeymoon.� DMS & SC together:�WHAT?� XM: �Let�s just say that if I go with you guys and have to watch all your lovey-dovey moments, I think I would throw up.� DMS: �Hey!� QH: SC,if they don�t go,then I�ll go with you.� XM pushes QH away. |
