Ricardo raced with the Tyrrell team in their final season - 1998, before they became BAR. Mercifully Ricardo's services were no longer required, although it would have been quite amusing to watch him struggle in a BAR against Jacques Villenueve.
Rosset is here simply because he attracted our attention more than most third rate drivers usually do. In his season with Tyrrell he managed to score no points - not surprising given how bad the Tyrrell of the time actually was. Takagi his teammate also managed to score nil-points but thats another story. Rosset however managed to be the only driver in the 1998 season not to qualify for a race. Except he achieved that feat - 5 times! Not forgetting the occasion when he managed to collide on the practice lap after he had qualified only to retire before the race had even started. Quite an achievement.

But enough about Rosset's illustrious F1 exploits what's he done since?

The `official RR fanclub` yes there actually is one, says that Ricardo has become, "disillusioned with the motorsport industry." He feels that the time has come to hang up his racing overalls and is now happily married and living near Sao Paulo.

Unlikely to return.
