Anna's Trip to Thailand

So I have been back in the states for about 3 weeks and am back to normal. I praise the Lord I didn't get sick when I came back and had a relatively easy transition. I did however wake up at 1 or 3am every night for the first 5 days:) Anyway, as I looked back and think about the time I spent in Thailand I am so glad I went. I learned a lot about myself and what God is capable of doing in my life. I am seriously thinking of going back to teach Science at Bangkok Grace International School for a year after I graduate. The people at the school are extremely nice and helpful and I have a couple friends who went this summer who are also seriously thinking of teaching there also. It would be amazing to already know some people when I get there. The good thing is that if everything works out and I do my student teaching back home I will be able to spend those months with my friends and all of you at church before I leave for a year. If you could pray that I will be sensetive to God's will and that everything will go smoothly with my student teaching process. I will be turning in my application by September 15 and should know a couple months after that where I am placed...hopefully at New Covenant Academy.

Well another reason I wanted to write this blog is because I have finally organized the pictures we took and will give you the links to see them. My group took about 5000 pictures that we had to burn onto 2 DVD's in order to get them to everyone. Don't worry...I did not put all of them online:) The links I am putting up are to my facebook photo albums. Each link is one album. If you already have facebook you can just go to my profile and check them out. If your not my friend on facebook go ahead and request me so you can see them if you'd like. I put some captions for some of the photos to kinda help you know what's going on. I would love to explain them more if you'd like just ask me what you'd like to know. Anyway..I hope you enjoy these and I can't wait to see you all this winter!
