Tried updating my calendar this morning by exporting some files from the program and storing it into the flash drive. Came back from driving mom to the subway and tried importing the files from the flash drive, but found that the files do not match. Figured out that I was using a different extension that I should have. The exporting option in the program seemed to include some other extensions which I am not too familiar with, but they seemed to be the ones that I need in order to update the calendar programs from a different computer. I guess I have to try using them some time sooner or later.
