Entry for September 27, 2006
Well today my dear friend Marie resigned from Wells Fargo. It's a shame the way they treat people who are passionate about their job and just trying to make things better. I am glad she got out safely though, and on her own terms. She is a proud and stubborn lady, and those are just two of the things that I admire about her.
Now she can spend time with her new hubby, Arvin. They deserve to see more of each other and nothing but good can come of that.
With our planned group dinners I am sure will we all see her regularly anyway. I know I will make a point of doing so. We have tenatively set the next dinner-date for Monday, October 16th. Hopefully that will work for everyone, although I don't know where yet, but we did discuss maybe going for Mexican food and there is the Mazatlan or Chevy's nearby.
Bjorn's leaving made a lot of us review our own lives and the direction they are going. Thank you dear friend for that.
