DD was picked up by her "bus," which was actually a maroon minivan, today. They did not have the requested car seat ready for her, so I loaned them one, and then, when I went to the school to meet her, took it back. They promised a seat for the pick up run.

YES, it would have been easier to take her ourselves, BUT we need to start her on her routine. DD delved right into the toys (and boys). They don't know what they've set themselves up for, since there is about a 7:1 ratio of boys:girls in her class! I'm glad she has a big field from which to choose.
