With the help of many volunteers, Ezrat Holim disributes thousands of food packages to new mothers, the sick and their caretakers on Sabbath and holidays. These packages contain meat, fish, challot, and other side dishes and come with utensils, all esthetically presented.

Hospitality

Recently our organization was, Baruch Hashem, honored to inaugurate its "Melonit" (Mini-Hotel) on the grounds of the Kaplan Medical Center in Rehovot (6 spacious rooms, 24 beds) for the sole use of family members or friends who must accompany hospitalized patients and remain overnight.

It should be noted that the "Melonit" has undergone high quality renovation with an investment of a large amount of money, while the organization continued simultaneously to raise funds for all of its other activities.

Since its opening, thousands of people visited the Melonit and were very courteously catered to by couples who volunteer periodically, exclusively for this purpose. These many visitors were provided with warm meals and hotel style sleeping accomodations at out Melonit.

This entire service is given with no payment or reward whatsoever.

The organization is funded by public donations.
