| As a result of my mutual working experiences, and ownership of two small businessess I created ezonme. Interested in starting an organization dedicated to helping people find what they need in their real local community. This site harnesses the power of the internet to give local business an affordable creative way to advertise and effectively introduce themselves to new customers. The intensely creative partnership fused with a vision and determination to succeed, concentrated on finding ways to use the ever growing medium of the Internet to bring local business and customers together in a simple yet powerful way. Given a chance, we believe people would rather conduct business with others in their community rather than dealing with a distant company in the impersonal world of the internet. A handshake and a warm welcome still makes a great traditional way to run a successful business. ezonme is starting small with plans to grow as profits allow, expanding to neighbouring communities to help create a wonderful useful site for visitors and businesses alike. Plano, Texas is the first test community, as we gain confidence and hopefully a loyal following we will expand our services and coverage area. We sincerely hope that our site will continue to provide you with the best useful local content as we grow, and that we expand and improve our services to meet your expectations always. | As the idea concept began to take form, the quest for a name that best projects the functionality and ease of use of this community site was of paramount importance. On the Internet, the shorter and more memorable the name is, the easier it is for potential visitors to first access or re-visit the site. The primary goal of the site is to make life in a community easier. Easier to find things, easier to find businesses and easier for businesses to be found; making it easier on everyone hence the name "ezonme". |
