1.    We are not attorneys nor do we represent any attorney!   Consequently, we CAN NOT, WILL NOT and DO NOT provide ANY legal advice!

2.   We are not responsible for the return of any submitted paperwork due to client(s) inaccuracies of information provided. Should any of the client(s) submitted paperwork be rejected due to client(s) errors it is client(s) responsibility to research the appropriate action to be taken.

3.   You will be held responsible for all information and the accuracy of such information provided to us by you, the client(s).

4   All required court paperwork will be filed in "Proper Person" which means that you, the client(s), are representing yourselves. We make no offer to represent you in ANY proceedings. We are NOT an attorney service nor do we represent any attorney! Our only services provided are as follows:

A. We provide all necessary forms needed.

B. We provide all the typing and filing needed.

C. Make all the copies required by the courts.

D. We will do all the traveling to the local family court house on your behalf.

5.   We are a typing and filing service only and DO NOT give legal advice and no information contained on this website should or shall be misconstrued as legal advice.

6.   Should any document become in dispute between the two parties it is recommended that you seek the advice of an attorney.

7. Additional fees for retyping and filing services of paperwork will be charged in the
event that paperwork is rejected by the courts for any reason.

8.   All clients and the resident witness must provide a valid state picture I.D.
                                                          No Exceptions!

In the event that all required paperwork is not returned signed and notarized to �R&M Typing and Filing Services� within ten (10) working days after you, the client(s) receives your typed paperwork back from �R&M Typing and Filing Services� we will consider our contract fulfilled, completed and your account with �R&M Typing and Filing Services� will be closed. To reopen your account with �R&M Typing and Filing Services� you must pay a fee of $300.00.
