| These are some digital shots of the newly-restored Price Tower. The tower was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, who referred to it as the "tree that escaped the crowded forest". Wright's skyscraper was not built in a big city like Chicago or New York. Instead, it was constructed as a "tower in a country town". A multi-purpose structure, the tower was designed for both office and residential use. It originally also included retail businesses on the lower floors.
