strictly no meet-up unless stated. |

A minimum rating is required;
Bidder(s) who are keen and do not
meet the requirement, please let me know in the Q&A Section or Email
me (with your Auction ID). Will required
full payment using Buy Price before changing the requirement. NO
REFUND WILL BE ENTERTAINED. |

To cancel your placing bid, kindly do so before the auction is
closed/won. Inform via the Q&A Section ONLY. Email cancellation
is not allowed and Negative feedback will be rated accordingly. |

Winner of any auction is to establish contact with me within 48
hours from auction closed/won via email. In the email, kindly provided
necessary information (as per Seller's Note in Winning Email from Yahoo)
and also mode of collection (if
choice is given in Auction). Please provide a valid contact number; not a
number where no one will answer or voice mail and no pager. |

from auction closed/won,

Pay only on the
Successful Winning Bid and Shipping Cost (if any). Shipping cost includes
Postage, Packing Materials, Handling Fee, etc. |

Free Local Postage
mentioned in my Auctions are Local Normal Mail otherwise specific. I will
not be liable for lost or damaged. |

All packing is at my
discretion to minimize the Shipping & Material Cost. Any special requests are welcome
and at winner's costs.

Mail is encouraged, I will not be liable for any lost or damaged. All
Registered Service will be an additional of $3.24. ($2.24 Registered Service
Fee + $1.00 Handling Fee [Transportation]) |

be arranged at Winner's costs. (eg. SingPost SpeedPost Islandwide Service,

An estimate amount for Shipping Cost will be given, will inform you of
any shortage and any balance will be transfer back to you. Will try to
minimize the Shipping Cost as much as I can. |

Full
payment including Estimate Shipping Cost (if any) is required for auction(s) that is

Please be prepared for
item(s) to be sent by mail if self-collection is not
possible for any reasons even if is stated in auction. If you only prefer
for self-collection (if any), is better to confirm before bidding else
consider as NEGOTIATION. |

A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit (50% of winning bid or $50 whichever is higher) or
NON-REFUNDABLE full
payment is required, if deal is to be complete after 5 days. (If winning
bid is less than $50, full payment is required) NO
