This was a very tough thing to do! Can you picture someone was violent as Dillandau, as brutal as Dillandau, as VILE AND DISGUSTING AS DILLANDAU *gets bonked on head*, in out modern age and time? You'll see what I mean. 'Ni way, hope you like it. _________________________________________________________ The Trick is to keep on Breathing Chapter three: The broken thread *Bad language* "MOERO!" The next moment, the greenery in front of the school's main building burst into flames. Hitomi jumped back in shock and fell on her back with a loud thud, but no one seemed to notice. A unison of screams came as people were running away from the fire. Hitomi looked to the far corner of the school and saw that there were other fires burning. The school track team was hurrying to put the flames out Just then, a small chuckle reached her ears. "Panicky, aren't they?" A strangely high male voice said from behind her. Hitomi looked back and stared at the newcomer. He was just a little older than her, maybe a month or two. Seated on his red and black motorcycle, wearing rubber shoes, baggy black cargo pants, a red shirt framed with a black jacket. Of course, there was the helmet. She couldn't see his face, but something told her… Was it the fire? Or maybe his voice? Her suspicions were affirmed when she saw what hung from his neck. It was a dog tag, the silvery metal plate that used to identify dead comrades during the war. Though it was slightly glaring due to the reflection of the sun, Hitomi read the engraved name. 'Dillandau.' "What are you doing here?" Hitomi heard Celena whisper at him. She picked herself up from the ground. Dillandau smiled at her, putting his hands up defensively. "Chill out, I'll give you a ride home." He said, as if they were close acquaintances. Celena looked around her worriedly. "But what if Onisan sees you?" "Then we should go before he does, don't you think?" A member of the motorcycle group moved forward. Like Dillandau, he was wearing street-smart clothes, all of them were. He had a blue and black motorcycle and a green bandana tied around his head while wearing a blue shirt under his black jacket. Hitomi remembered that fallen Zaibach pilot Miguel, with the same brown hair and eyes. "Yo, Dill. We should go, dude. The police'll be here any minute." "Shut up! Don't you see I'm talkin'?!" Dillandau snapped back at him. He then turned to Celena and muttered "fucking asswipe" under his breath. "So what d'you say Celena? Take you home?" He asked, offering her a helmet. Before Celena could answer, someone roughly pulled her back. "She's not going with you." A deep male voice said firmly. Allen, still in his basketball clothes, was staring at Dillandau with fury in his eyes. "And what gives you the right to set foot in this town? Stop stalking Celena." Dillandau chuckled. "Relax, brother. Don't you know? I live here now. Where is it written that no one can live in the same town you just moved to? Oh, and brother, I also hang out in the same park, chill in the same malls, go to the same school -- "Stop calling me 'BROTHER'!" Allen snapped. "Onisan--!" Celena tried to break the fight up. Allen took a deep breath, holding back his anger. "Get out of here, Dillandau." He said firmly. "A'right, brother." He said teasingly. "I see where I'm not wanted." Dillandau turned to his group-mates. "Guys we're going!" he turned back to Celena. "I'll call you." He said before riding off to the sunset. For a moment, Celena and Allen were frozen in their positions. Hitomi watched mutely while the flames around them were being put off. "I told you to stop talking to him." Allen said in even tones. "Oniisan, I didn't--" Celena's excuses were heard by deaf ears as Allen took hold her shoulders and shook his sister hard. "He's no good for you, Celena! That maniac doesn't love you, I even think he's on narcotics!" Allen scolded, unaware that Hitomi was hearing every word. "Go home." Allen instructed. "And don't go with those guys." Celena's eyes filled with tears that she blined away hastily before running away. Hitomi took one look at the somber Allen before running after her new friend. The chase led to the commercial part of town, where people were busy and the shops were loaded. Hitomi was well aware that she was moving father and farther from her own house, but she continued to run after Celena. After all, if her own brother would stop her from dreaming about Van, she'd be upset too. …Even if she really didn't have a brother. No matter how many times she called her name, Celena would not stop running. And even if she was on the track team, Hitomi was not able to catch up with her. "Cele--Ahhh!" She cried as something that seemed quite immovable bumped into her and sent her sprawling on the ground. She heard the dull clatter of what seemed like a lot of objects around her as she put her hands up, defending her from the falling somethings. "Oh, god." A familiar voice said. "I'm sorry, miss. Are you alright?" She felt a hand tug at her shoulder. Slowly Hitomi opened her eyes to meet a tanned face with short black hair around it and concerned chocolate eyes. She couldn't help herself. Hitomi's arms went around his neck and pulled him close. "Van, I missed you!" _________________________________________ hahaha! This is a bad fic from a bad writer and some bad inspirations.
