" The new kid" part 7




Hey! Sorry if it's so short but I don't have a lot of time. I hope you 
enjoy it anyway.

   Van took Hitomi home and niether of them spoke a word on the way. 
No words were needed.

   Hitomi opened the door and Van followed her in.

   " Well it doesn't seem like anyone's home right now which is good. 
I don't really feel like explaining anything," Hitomi remarked as she 
sat down on the couch.

   " Not telling them? You're going to keep this a secret?" Van asked 
as he sat down next to her.

   " Of course. Why should I tell them that someone tried...." But she 
didn't finish because she broke down and cried.

   Van put a reasurring arm around her and she leaned on him 
thankfully.

   After a while of crying, she sat up again and wiped her tears." 
Thank you Van, for saving me from that creep."

   Van blushed as he looked away." It was no problem." He got up and 
headed to the door." I need to go. I'll see ya later. My parents are 
probably worried about me."

   Hitomi smiled and walked up to him." Thanks again." She leaned in a 
gave him a kiss on his cheek.

   Van blushed and walked out the door.

Well, I wanted to write a romantic scene and there it is. I hope you 
like it, comment on it, and please don't hate me for making it so
