What am I talking about? I am talking about being held in prison for over 14 years on false records, and having to register for another 10 based upon those same false records!
Don't believe? Don't understand? Then continue to read: In 1981 I was sent to prison for a crime of which I was a unwitting victim to and given my 1st number. In 1986, the prison system reclassified me to a new number and publicly stated via its' website that I was RELEASED ("fully served my sentence") on my 1st number, and that I was RECOMMITED ON A 2ND # ("commission of a new crime/case"). From 1986 until 1999, I was not allowed to see my prison files, even though I told prison officials my having 2 numbers is falsely telling people I am 2-time felon.Only when the websites were sent to me via law students in 1999, and I had PROOF of false records did prison officials/parole board immediately "paroled" me under the 2nd false number.
Then I had the indignanty of being on parole on a false 2nd # and having to register for the next 10 years as a sex offender based upon the fasle 2nd #!
