| Here is a map of the area that Rev Samuel Ironside used to frequent from 1840-1843. He lived at the site of the church where there is a memorial today. A short walk of 40 minutes, he used to walk up to Missionary Ridge and down the other side another 20 minutes to Missionary Bay where the whaling boat was kept.
