Heaven On Earth by Adam Johnson

Heaven is supposed to be a place of utter happines,
where you spend eternity in bliss.  But what if you 
were already happy on Earth?  What would be the point
of dying?  If you were truly happy on Earth it would
seem that to leave it would be Hell.  When you get 
to Heaven you are basically alone; You leave your 
family, you leave your friends, and you leave your hopes
and dreams.  You would have to wait for your
family and friends to die to see them.  And you can't
even be sure that you will even see them.  So many
people work so hard to get to Heaven, but they don't
seem to relize that Heaven is already there.  Their
lives aren't what they could be, because they are too
focused on what happens after their life ends. So much:
war, hate, grudges, and so on, are caused by this.  Some
people don't focus on life, they don't care if people
die becuase they'll be dealt with when they die. But
what if they are happy, then what? But what if there is no
Heaven?  Then they have destroyed this person's only
happiness.  As well as having a Heaven on Earth, you
could also have a Hell on Earth. You can have a Hell
on Earth by not trying hard enough, or just giving up
on your happiness because something didn't go right.
Just thinking that you don't need to work for
happiness becauseyou will be happy once you die. When
you make: fun of, humiliate, opress, and judgesomeone 
you could be destroying their heaven on Earth
and you could be getting them ever so closer to their
Hell on Earth.
