The Ministry of Community Development and Sports (MCDS) mission is to achieve a cohesive and resilient society. Our aim is to bring about a nation that is tight-knit and united, characterised by harmony and equality, which pulls together not only in good times, but also in times of adversity. Three approaches targeted at the different levels of society - the individual, the family and the community - describe how we gear our efforts to achieve these ends.
