The work sheets are in Microsoft Word format. The lessons have been formatted to fix each page. There are a total of 16 sheets.

If you do not have Microsoft Word, then here is the code that i used to make the worksheets. I used QBasic. Feel free to use the code and do whatever you want with it. The output is not easily usable though. You will have to do the finishing touches to the output to get a nice worksheet. (I did not spend all too long on it).
